Our client's stories

Yvonne, 68
What motivated you to start your fitness journey?

I have osteoarthritis in my knees, one particularly was very painful I couldn’t sleep with the pain and was taking bucket loads of painkillers and was feeling really down. I was told I had to loose weight which I was trying to do but not being very mobile didn’t help; a friend introduced me to Rozz and I haven’t looked back.

As a Martial Arts Coach it is important to me to remain as fit as possible for long as possible, unfortunately age is my opponent in this particular contest.

Therefore, regular fitness training forms an essential part in my competition against time.

As such, Vitality Training has allowed me that opportunity, under the watchful eye of a personal trainer who understands the importance of health to allow me to continue to practise and enjoy those things in life which I value most.

As such I attend the gym three times a week and can attest to the benefits of such a training regime, combined with proper nutrition and rest when needed.

I remember thinking these things when I became 50, again when I became 60 and yet again when I became 70. Now that I am over mid-way in my 70’s these things are even more important to me !

Therefore, as long as my training is properly managed and monitored by a qualified professional, I am happy to confirm Vitality Training ticks all those boxes.
