Empowering you to lead your best quality life!

Hi, I'm Adriana
"I’m passionate about helping people feel and look better by integrating functional training into daily life. My goal is to promote self-awareness, improve mobility, and support lasting positive changes for a healthier, fitter lifestyle."
My Story
The Pilates method relieved a lot of my pain and I really wanted to become a teacher myself to share the knowledge of the wonderful Joseph Pilates and help others feel as wonderful as I do.

I completed my Tula training in Brighton under the supervision of physiotherapist Caroline Bailey. Once I received my certificate I broadened my knowledge studying about Osteoporosis and human anatomy. After that I became a Personal trainer with Global NASM a science based Personal training company based in the USA.

I am looking forward to helping people feel better, look better and include functional training to their daily lives making positive changes to a healthier and fitter lifestyle. More knowledge helps me become a better teacher, promote a better healthy self-awareness and improve clients’ range of movement altogether to achieve a better quality of life.
-ABOUT ME-
Adriana started her journey as a child doing ballet and dancing and being part of her school school swimming and basketball team.
After having her first child 25 years ago Adriana suffered from physical problems such as arthritis, a lumbar/cervical hernia while also suffering from back and shoulder pain throughout her life due to her hyper-mobility. She was referred by her Physiotherapist to do Pilates and her life changed for the better. She then decided to become a Pilates instructor to help others discover this method that changed her life.
Adriana became a Pilates nerd and therefore deepened her knowledge by doing several CPD's under the instruction of first generation Pilates instructors such as Lolita San Miguel and second generation like Alan Herdman and Brent Anderson. She completed her Gateway to Polestar instructor course and every Thursday she listens to a webinar on different subjects such as anatomy and medical issues that may limit movement.
While in this journey she became a Personal trainer to also add strength to the mix and myofascial release with the Franklin Method; this method uses imagery, neurolinguistics, and physical methods to re-connect, re-balance and wake-up the body and was certified as a Fascial trainer for the lower back.
Adriana hopes that everyone learns about the Pilates method and is keen to help empower those with pain and health issues to become the best they can be.
