Hi, I'm Rozz

Exercise has the ability to change lives, providing it is safe, appropriate and effective for that person.

Drawing on my own experience of being chronically unwell and having to approach exercise differently, I know that exercise can drastically improve your well-being.

It is absolutely possible to invest in your health and have whilst doing so, that is why I am committed to building a community at Vitality that brings like minded people together!

My Story

Rozz is the founder of the Vitality Training brand and a qualified, advanced ‘Specialist Populations’ Trainer

(A personal trainer who prescribes exercise to specialist populations!)

-ABOUT ME-

Over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Rozz competed in national athletics, county netball and county hockey at school; she taught dance in Sussex and went on to train as an opera singer at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

After she graduated she qualified as a personal trainer in London and had the privilege of training alongside some of the top competitive powerlifters and strongmen in Europe. It was here that her love for training gradually overtook her love for opera.

In 2020 her health drastically declined and she developed a number of chronic illnesses/autoimmune diseases. Since then she has used her personal experience of managing significant health issues as a tool to help others.

She has dedicated her career to understanding the role that exercise plays when prescribed to everyone, particularly those with chronic illnesses. She firmly believes that exercise should be prescribed to everyone, especially alongside medication in the management of chronic illness.

She is extremely grateful that she gets to work with such incredible people and will continue to spread awareness of exercise prescription for as long as she can.

-EXPERIENCE-

She has had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life where she has prepped and rehabbed multiple clients for joint replacement surgery, two for open heart surgery, one stem cell transplant, has given 2 clients the use of their limbs back after a stroke and she continues on a weekly basis to help numerous clients manage a variety of health conditions and auto immune diseases.

She uses her own experience of how strength training changed her life in order to help others in the same way.

-FUTURE PLANS-

In the future she plans on getting her masters in research and doctorate in exercise prescription, in order further raise more awareness to the benefits of exercise. She plans on achieving her cardiac rehab qualification this summer.
